Although the accumulation and sharing of knowledge have a positive benefit for the hotel service, it is not a natural show. Therefore, this study takes hotel industry as an example, and examines the relationship among transformational leadership, personality, and knowledge sharing intention through literature discussion and questionnaire survey. Through 758 employee questionnaire, this study finds that transformational leadership, ”leading” and ”accommodate” dimensions of personality impact on knowledge sharing intention positively. This study provides enterprises with important management considerations involving knowledge sharing, and hopes to inspire employees to share their knowledge to effectively improve hotel's service. Finally, this study proposes suggestions for future research.
