旅行業轉換型領導對服務創新之影響

摘要

本研究實證探討旅行業轉換型領導對服務創新之影響， 本研究採用學者所發展的轉換型領導對服務創新量表，經學者測試後具有良好的信效度。本研究結果發現：（1）旅行業轉換型領導對服務創新有顯著影響。（2）旅行業轉換型領導「支持領導」最能影響服務創新。（3）旅行業轉換型領導「才智啟發」亦能影響服務創新。（4）旅行業之轉換型領導在「職位階層」上有顯著差異，主管認知高於非主管人員 ；旅行業之服務創新在「職位階層」上有顯著差異，主管認知高於非主管人員。（5）旅行業之轉換型領導在「不同性別」上有顯著差異，主管認知高於非主管人員 ；旅行業之服務創新在「不同性別」上有顯著差異，主管認知高於非主管人員。（6）旅行業之轉換型領導在「不同教育程度」上有顯著差異，大學學歷員工認知高於高中職學歷員工；旅行業之服務創新在「不同教育程度」上有顯著差異，大學學歷員工認知高於高中職學歷員工。

This research real diagnosis discussion travel industry transforms the leadership to influence the service innovation, This findings discovered that, This research uses the transformation leadership which the scholar develops to the service innovation meter, after the study of the test has the good letter validity. This findings discovered that: (1) Transformational Leadership of the travel agency has a positive influnce on service innovation. (2) Travel Industry Transformational leadership ＂Support leadership＂ affect the service innovation. (3) Travel Industry Transformational leadership ＂Intellectual stimulation＂ affect the service innovation.(4) Transformation leadership the travel industry on has the remarkable difference in ＂job class＂, the Superior cognition is higher than non supervisor; Service Innovation the travel industry on has the remarkable difference in ＂job class＂, the Superior cognition is higher than non supervisor. (5) Transformation leadership the travel industry on has the remarkable difference in ＂Different sex＂ the Superior cognition is higher than non supervisor; Service Innovation the travel industry on has the remarkable difference in ＂Different sex＂, the Superior cognition is higher than non supervisor.(6) Transformation leadership the travel industry on has the remarkable difference in ＂Different levels of education＂ the university degree staff cognition is higher than senior high school academic staff；Service Innovation the travel industry on has the remarkable difference in ＂Different levels of education＂ the university degree staff cognition is higher than senior high school academic staff.
