乙組網球選手之內在休閒動機與認真休閒特質對休閒涉入及休閒滿意度之研究─以全國大專院校為例

摘要

本研究主要目的在了解大專乙組網球選手之內在休閒動機與認真休閒特質對休閒涉入及休閒滿意度之關係，並驗證休閒涉入對內在休閒動機、認真休閒特質對休閒滿意度關係之中介效果。本研究為橫斷面研究，採用問卷調查法進行資料收集。本研究以第十六次東方錶盃大專網球排名賽乙組網球選手為研究對象，進行便利取樣，共收集 142份乙組選手之問卷資料。回收資料利用敘述性統計，了解樣本之人口統計資料，進一步使用線性結構方程式分析進行信效度的檢定及研究假說之驗證。研究結果發現選手們的內在休閒動機及認真休閒特質愈強烈，其休閒涉入的程度愈高；同時認真休閒特質愈強者，其對休閒滿意度亦具有正向且顯著性影響；最後休閒涉入變項對內在休閒動機、認真休閒特質與休閒滿意度關係皆具有顯著的中介效果。

This study will base on class-B tennis athletes of university tennis ranking tournament in 16th Oriental Watch Cup as its subjects of research, with valid questionnaires of 142 copies. Information collected will be conducted and analyzed by descriptive statistics and structural equation model. And following results are obtained as: 1. internal motive will prominently affect leisure involvement; 2. serious leisure features will prominently affect leisure involvement; 3. internal leisure motive will not impact directly upon leisure satisfaction; 4. serious leisure features will have prominent impact upon leisure satisfaction; 5. leisure involvement will have prominent impact upon leisure satisfaction. At the end, suggestions are put forth by the study results for the reference of coach, enterprises, and future study.
