應用IPA探討自行車騎士對單車旅館之旅遊期望與滿意度

摘要

本研究目的在瞭解自行車騎士對單車旅館的旅遊期望與滿意度，並以重要－表現程度分析法探討單車旅館旅遊期望與滿意度之差距。研究以進行單車旅遊活動，並投宿於屏東恆春地區某度假村單車旅館之自行車騎士為對象，採便利抽樣法進行問卷發放，正式問卷共發放500份問卷，回收429份有效問卷。IPA結果顯示，落於集中關注區共有6個項目，分別為：「客房內設備舒適度」、「館內設有多樣化附屬設施」、「館內交誼廳方便性」、「單車旅館建築具特色」、「單車旅館客房的隱私性」與「單車旅館周圍環境清幽舒適」，屬於IPA分析中的需優先加強改善的項目。最後，依據研究結果，給予實務與後續研究上之建議。

The purpose of this study is to understand cyclists’ travel expectations and satisfaction on bike hotels, and further to explore the gaps between their travel expectations and satisfaction via Importance-Performance Analysis. Data were collected from cyclists who stayed at a certain bike hotel in Hengchuen township, Pintung by convenience sampling. Overall 500 questionnaires were distributed with 429 valid questionnaires received. The results of IPA revealed that 6 items needs to be improved in priority, including: ＂amenity of room＂, ＂diverse facilities in the hotel＂, ＂the convenience of lounge＂, ＂architectural features of the hotel＂, ＂room privacy＂, ＂environment around the hotel＂. Finally, managerial and research suggestions were provided based on the research results.
