摘要

近年以來，臺灣老年人口數快速攀升的問題，已造成國人巨大的關切。同時，運用通訊科技及相關資訊化服務，早已成為老人照護的一環。本研究回顧老年人口特性、休閒需求以及餐飲衛生之間的相關性文獻後，冀盼進一步建構一套更完善的餐飲休閒管理系統。所以，我們採用Linux、HTML、CSS、Javascript與Node.js等工具來開發本系統。系統除了操作界面更人性化與趣味性外，使用者可透過手機或平版來掌握最新資訊，而且能夠在任何地方查看最新的休閒餐飲資訊。再者，本系統亦具有高度的可靠性，同時更可以確認我們是否處於安全和健康的環境中。此外，在本文文末，亦針對研究限制以及未來研究方向進行討論。

The rapid growth of elderly population in Taiwan has been considerably concerned in recent years. The elderly care becomes important and using advanced information and communication technologies has become a trend in the care of the old people. We reviewed the recent publications in the characteristics of the elderly population, the needs of leisure activities and the hygiene of food and beverage and develop a portable management system about leisure activities, food and beverage. The development tools included Linux, HTML, CSS, Node.js, Javascript and so on. The interface is more user-friendly and interesting. Users can get information about leisure activities, food and beverage with a mobile phone or PDA. The system is reliable and has a function to confirm whether we are in safe and healthy environment. We also discussed some practical limitations and future work.
