本研究探討中部健身工廠會員睡眠品質、情緒管理與生活品質之間是否有相互影響。本研究問卷調方式採用立意抽樣法,以中部地區健身工廠會員為研究對象,分別使用「迷你睡眠品質量表」、「情緒管理量表」、「生活品質量表」,使用網路線上填答方式,實際收回292份,剔除填答缺漏之問卷,有效收回292份,有效回收率100%。回收問卷以SPSS統計軟體進行信度分析、效度分析、描述性統計分析、獨立樣本t檢定與迴歸分析,得到結論為:一、睡眠品質越好生活品質越好。二、睡眠品質越好情緒管理也越好。三、情緒管理越好生活品質越好。本研究根據研究結果給出建議,提供給健身房會員及未來研究者做為參考。
This study explores whether there is a mutual influence between sleep quality, mood management and quality of life of members of Chubu Fitness Factory. The questionnaire adjustment method of this study adopts the intentional sampling method, taking the members of the fitness factory in the central region as the research object, using the "Mini Sleep Product Quality Table", "Emotion Management Scale" and "Life Quality Table" respectively, using the online filling method of the network, the actual recovery of 292 copies, excluding the questionnaires filled in and missing, effectively recovering 292 copies, the effective recovery rate of 100%. The questionnaire was used by SPSS statistical software for reliability analysis, validity analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, independent sample t-testing and regression analysis, and the conclusions were: First, the better the sleep quality, the better the quality of life. Second, the better the quality of sleep, the better the emotional management. Third, the better the emotional management, the better the quality of life. This study makes recommendations based on the findings and provides them to gym members, namely future researchers, for reference.
