本研究旨在探討國小教師融合式適應體育與職業倦怠的影響。以110學年度任教於公立國民小學教師為研究對象,以「適應體育專業能力量表」及「職業倦怠量表」作為研究工具,總計回收問卷405份,有效問卷率100.0%。調查結果以行描述性統計、多元迴歸及簡單迴歸分析。研究結果顯示:一、適應體育專業能力之構面得分最高為「敬業精神與態度」,最低為「專業知識」;職業倦怠之構面得分最高為「情緒疲憊」,最低為「低成就感」。二、整體專業能力愈高,整體職業倦怠就愈低。融合式適應體育是臺灣推動融合教育的重要元素,教師有效提升專業能力,為優化適應體育教學的不二法門。研究提供教育主管機關、教師及相關研究者研究參考。
The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of inclusive adaptive physical education and job burnout among elementary school teachers. The research object is teachers who teach in public elementary schools in the 110th school year. Using the "Adaptive Sports Professional Ability Scale" and "Occupational Burnout Scale" as research tools, A total of 405 questionnaires were recovered, and the effective questionnaire rate was 100.0%. The survey results were analyzed by descriptive statistics, multiple regression and simple regression. The research results show that: 1. The highest score in the dimension of adaptive sports professional ability is "professionalism and attitude", and the lowest is "professional knowledge"; The highest score in the dimension of job burnout is "emotional exhaustion" and the lowest is "low sense of achievement".2, the higher the overall professional ability, the lower the overall job burnout. Inclusive adaptive sports is an important element in promoting inclusive education in Taiwan. Teachers can effectively improve their professional ability, which is the only way to optimize and adapt to physical education teaching. The research provides educational authorities, teachers and related researchers with research reference.
