大學通識教育「溝通與領導力」課程之規劃理念與實施成效評估

The Instructional Design and Evaluation of a General Education Program-The Case of Communication and Leadership Class

摘要


本研究之目的在探討大學通識課程「溝通與領導力」的規劃理念以及實施成效。為了解學生修課之成效與意見,於99學年度上學期末進行教學評量意見調查,本門課共有69人修課,回收有效問卷66份,其中有62%的學生表示從未缺席。學生最喜歡的教學活動前三名為:領導力成果發表會、小組討論活動,以及個人才藝表演。修完本門課後,學生對於擔任領導者的意願,有高達85%的學生表示願意擔任領導者。最後,根據本研究的課程成效調查結果,提出對未來課程規劃的建議如下:(一)加強理論與經驗性活動的關聯(二)採用小組競賽模式(三)增加各小組成員間的交流互動(四)重視學生的出席率

This study aims to construct a model of instruction and assessment for the communication and leadership class. The participants were 66 students of a medical university in southern Taiwan. Data were collected from questionnaires and students' reports. Both qualitative and quantitative methods were employed to analyze the data. The results showed that(1)More than 84% of the students were willing to take the role as a leader after finishing this class.(2)The most favorite topic was the final group presentation(3)In addition to lectures, small group discussion was students' favorite class activity. It is hoped that the conclusions of this study can serve as a useful reference for instructors of general education courses for research or teaching purposes.
