經典通識化舉隅:表達能力的人文回歸與底蘊探究

摘要


「表達」是人際互動的基礎,良好有效的表達可以增進人、我間的瞭解,完成不同觀點的溝通,降低衝突,進而提升群體和諧,是傳統教育重視的「應對進退」,也是現代通識教育亟欲培養的能力。但良好的表達能力不等同於話術、辯才無礙或伶牙利齒,更不能成為滿足個人私欲的工具,其深層的底蘊必然回歸人文教養。良好的人文教育又必然牽涉對生命整體的理解,包含瞭解人性、慾望可能誘發的衝突、困境,產生面對並能解決問題的能力。然而,此種能力對欠缺生命經驗、年輕的大學生,確實有相對難度;因此,從經典中擷取古聖先賢由經驗煉化的智慧,或可成為有利學生學習的捷徑。本文擬透過文化傳統經典,拈出與表達相關的課題,從人際圓滿、人性幽微、掌握情境三個面向,建構進行「表達」時需具的先備體認,虛擬可能遭遇的困境並提供解決方法,善用經典的表達智慧與技巧,深化表達能力的教學設計,同步提升人文素養,回應通識教育目標:培養帶得走的終身學習能力。

"Expression" is the basis of interpersonal interaction of human. An effective expression ability can enhance the understanding between individual and others, realize the communication of different views, reduce conflicts, and improve group harmony. It is the "coping between advance and retreat" that traditional education attaches importance to, and it is also the ability that modern general education is eager to cultivate. However, good expression ability is not the same as eloquence, eloquence or glib, let alone can not become a tool to satisfy personal desires, its deep foundation must return to humanistic education. A good humanities education inevitably involves an understanding of life as a whole, including understanding human nature and conflicts and dilemmas that may be induced by desire, and the ability to face and solve problems. However, this kind of ability is lack of life experience, young college students, there is relatively difficult indeed; Therefore, to extract from the classics the wisdom of the ancient sages refined by experience may be a shortcut for the college students. This paper was designed to integrate the expression topic into the traditional cultural classics course. From personal fulfillment, casual attitudes of humanity, grasp the situation of three dimensions of construction during "expression topics" with the first case of awareness, virtual may 'plight and provide solutions, to make good use of the expression of classical wisdom and skills, deepen the expression ability of teaching design, synchronous enhance humanities accomplishment, to respond to general education goals: Develop the ability for a lifelong learning.
