醫學美容產業未來展望第一線經營者的觀察

摘要


醫美產業是一種以人爲本的服務業態,人就成爲一種非常重要的根源,人才的訓練相形重要,我深深相信高品質的人力服務是整個品牌的最大支撐,也是在整個產業脱穎而出的唯一武器,希望差異化的服務,能塑造給良好的感覺,尊重每一位的個體美,以動作姿態言語好好的與來客互動,進而達到外在内在的愉悅感受。兼具醫學知識及美容保養的醫學美容師,是第一線與术診者接觸的人員,所扮演重要的角色。怎麼從服務的角度出發,如何與客人站在同一邊,變成當前刻不容緩的課題,訓練過程必定要更注重服務的態度。

In the cosmetology industry, what we, medical cosmetologists, supply is quality service through excellent skills and good attitude. The service suppliers are the key to success of the business. Customers should be able to enjoy the visit to our clinic and feel satisfied with the service and help from us. Medical cosmetologists play an important role in the industry also because they are the first to interact with customers. They must be well trained and knowledgeable; and, most of all, they must be able to put themselves in the customers' shoes when giving them service or solving problems for them.
