華德福托兒所實施家長參與學校活動之個案研究

A Case Study of the Implementation of Parent Involvement in School Activities at the Waldorf Nursery

摘要


本研究旨在了解華德福托兒所(化名為健康華德福托兒所)實施家長參與學校活動之情形,其中包括辦理家長參與學校活動的目的、方式與內容。本研究採用質性研究法,以健康華德福托兒所為研究場域,並以該園所之行政人員及教師為研究對象,透過訪談、參與觀察、文件分析等方法,進行資料蒐集與分析探述。經分析與討論,獲致結論如下:一、健康華德福托兒所實施家長參與學校活動之目的,主要在幫助孩子成長、讓孩子親自體驗活動、協助家長教養孩子、協助家長自我成長等方面。二、健康華德福托兒所實施家長參與學校活動之方式與內容包括「家長參與幼兒學習活動」、「家長參與活動」與「家長自我成長系列活動」等三類別。

This research attempted to understand the purposes, methods, and content of the school activities at Health Waldorf Nursery.Qualitative and case-study methods were utilized. The research subjects were administrative staff members and teachers at the Health Waldorf Nursery. The data was collected through interviews, participant observations, and document analyses. The results of the research showed that the school activities at the Health Waldorf Nursery are designed to enhance the growth of children, to equip them with hands-on experience from activities, and to help parents with child-rearing. The methods and content are comprised of three activities: ”Learn with Kids,” ”Parental Participation,” and ”Series for Parents.”
