托兒所英語教學實驗之行動研究:華德福課程在幼兒英語教學的應用

摘要


本文是研究者以一個技術學院幼保系的教師,身兼托兒所所長及教學者的角色,以自身知識背景與課程實踐的角度,親自在幼保系附設托兒所進行英語教學的經驗及自省的紀錄。研究者以行動研究者的方式,進入現場。其中,主要是從文獻中探討華德福課程模式的作法,並記錄研究者在課程模式本土化歷程中,所經驗到理念與現實衝突的省思。本文以敘說的方式呈現,包括教學歷程與孩子、保育員、家長、教學督導、教學顧問等互動的問題與討論。

In this study, the researcher was a director and a consultant of a nursery school, where she taught English to children. The researcher put her knowledge into practice and tried to analyze and improve her teaching through self-observation. Especially, this study showed how the researcher put ideas and approach of Waldorf education into practice. This study also showed the process whereby the researcher resolves conflicts between theory and practical work.
