白藜蘆醇對骨骼肌能量代謝及體能表現之影響

摘要


近年來在國人生命健康持續受慢性代謝疾病威脅下,已有眾多文獻指出白藜蘆醇具有降血糖、預防心血管疾病、抑制癌細胞增生,甚至延長餘命等健康效益,對慢性疾病具有理想的效果。慢性疾病一般認為與體內過多的脂肪累積有關,而脂肪細胞會阻礙骨骼肌細胞的糖類吸收路徑。由於骨骼肌是身體利用葡萄糖的主要場所,其能否有效利用或儲存能量,對全身的代謝平衡起了相當重要的作用。以往較少探討白藜蘆醇針對骨骼肌的生理功效,故本篇針對白藜蘆醇對骨骼肌之能量代謝以及體能表現之影響進行相關文獻整理,以探討白藜蘆醇對骨骼肌的特定生理影響,進而做為日後相關使用之參考。總共分作兩個部分,包括白藜蘆醇對骨骼肌之能量代謝以及體能表現之影響。

In recent years, the health of people has been under the threat of ongoing chronic metabolic diseases. However, studies indicate that resveratrol has potential multi-bioactivity in hypoglycemic, prevention of cardiovascular disease, anti-cancer, and even life- prolonging, showing its advantage in fighting against chronic disease with an ideal effect. Chronic diseases are generally believed to be originating with excess body fat accumulation, whereas the fat cells will hinder the path of skeletal muscle cells to uptake sugar. Since skeletal muscle is the main place of the body to utilize glucose, its ability to effectively use or store energy of the body plays a very important role in the metabolic balance. For the past years there are few articles investigating physiological effects of resveratrol on skeletal muscle. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the specific physiological effects of resveratrol on skeletal muscle. Total illustration is divided into two parts, including the effects of resveratrol on energy metabolism of skeletal muscle, muscle remodeling and physical performance.
