紓壓方案介入後對腫瘤病房護理人員工作壓力之成效

Effect of Relief Program on Working Pressure Relieving for Nurses in Cancer Ward

摘要


研究動機:針對腫瘤病房護理人員成立支持團體,配合紓壓方案的介入,讓護理人員互相支持及分享。期待研究能有助於護理人員留任、提升照護品質,進一步提供管理者之參考。材料與方法:2012年針對中部某醫學中心腫瘤相關病房護理人員為研究對象,以立意取樣方式共收案30人。收案條件為參與18小時紓壓方案課程的護理人員。以相依樣本t檢定分析課程前後所填寫之「護理人員壓力量表」。結果:發現護理人員在接受紓壓方案後,工作壓力總分平均值降低。前測平均值162.8分(標準差49.4),後測平均值136.2分(標準差43.0)。分析顯示前後測工作壓力分數之差異達統計顯著差異。我們可以推論紓壓方案介入能改善照護腫瘤病人之護理人員的工作壓力。

PURPOSES: The support group, with intervention of working pressure relief program, is established for nurses in cancer ward. So that nurses support each other and share. We wish this research can help nurses to retain a post, to enhance the quality of care, and also provide reference for managers. MATERIALS AND METHODS: In 2012, we observed the nurses who may care cancer patient in a medical center of central Taiwan. 30 samples were enrolled by conception sampling, which the nurses were involved in the 18-hour program. We analysis the result of the Stress Scale of Nurse, was completed before and after the program by pair t test. RESULTS: We find that reduce of average score of the Stress Scale of Nurse. The mean of the pre-test was 162.8 (SD 49.4). The mean of post-test was 136.2 (SD 43.0). It is significant differences in statistics. We can say that the intervention of relief program can improve the pressure release of caregivers who care cancer patients.
