摘要

在安寧療護的領域中，各方關注的大多爲病人與家屬的悲傷輔導需求，或是協助家屬度過喪親後的悲傷適應，但卻疏忽了在安寧團隊中有一群容易壓抑情緒的護理人員，她們每天與這些瀕臨死亡的病人以及傷慟難忍的家屬如此接近，心中的壓力無處宣洩，只因她們須維護那應有的專業角色。爲了讓這群護理人員有一個發洩自我身心壓力及尋求彼此支持的出口，因而設計與規劃出一個適合她們的紓壓團體方案。

Nurses caring terminal cancer patients in hospice often suppressed their emotion and feel when their patients died. In fact, grief counseling is concerned for patients and caregivers, but is ignored for nurses in hospice. For playing the professional roles, nurses have to care near-death patients and bereaved caregivers. It is difficult to explore their stress and give support each other. So design the peer supportive group for nurses in hospice to promote relieving stress.
