護理科系學生國際交流經驗：以慈濟科技大學為例

Nursing students with International Exchange Study Experiences: Example of Tzu Chi University of Science and Technology

摘要

科技快速發展的現代，全球化的國際合作與競爭營造人才快速跨國流動的國際現實，各國高等教育也紛紛增設國際合作課程以拓展學生國際視野及國際移動能力。本文分享護理科系學生透過國際交流經驗，正向影響其個人發展、外語溝通能力、文化適應能力、團隊合作與未來職涯拓展之實務。建議教育單位宜多提供國際交流機會以提升學生國際化能力並以嚴謹研究設計來驗證國際交流課程的成效與影響。

With the phenomenon of globalization, cooperation and competition between different countries are rapidly increased. People's mobility of crossing borders is also increased. Recently, more and more international student exchange opportunities are provided by high education institutions in order to increased students' international perspective and mobility. This article described how international exchange study experiences have influenced the personal developments, foreign language use, cultural sensitivity, negotiations and professional skills for nursing students. More studies should be conducted to provide more understandings in relevant to topics of international nursing exchange program.
