關注以人為本的呼吸治療事業

Focus on People Oriented Respiratory Therapy

摘要


重症醫學的發展讓更多的危重病人生存成為可能,加之社會老齡化的進程,慢重症成為必然的選擇,也是各專業醫務人員面臨的新挑戰和新機遇。呼吸治療作為慢重症醫療領域的核心技術得到業內更多的關注,但從技術到管理都有待提高和規範。呼吸治療師嚴重稀缺,其培養和規範教育亟待加強,需要得到更多的推動。呼吸治療事業的發展要始終秉承以人為本的理念,在呼吸治療師的臨床思維高度和工作態度、呼吸治療團隊的組建、呼吸治療服務的亞專業領域和人群、人性化的新產品研發等許多方面都大有可為。

The development of critical care has made it possible for those patients with critical illness to survive. In addition, the aging social also speeds up the process of chronic critical illness (CCI) becoming an inevitable choice, which provides a new challenge and opportunity for healthcare professionals. Respiratory therapy, as the core technology in the field of CCI, has received more attention from the medical community, but both the technology and management need to be improved and standardized. Respiratory therapists (RT) are in serious shortage, and their cultivation and education need to be strengthened urgently, which needs more promotion. The development of respiratory therapy must adhere the idea of people oriented. Under this idea, the height of clinical thinking and working attitude of respiratory therapists, the formation of respiratory therapy team, the sub-professional field and crowd of respiratory therapy services, the development of new products with user-friendly design, which could have a brilliant future.
