網球教學與訓練之相關學習理論介紹及其應用要點

摘要


學習就像一個可觀察的行爲改變,它架構於彼此的思考與學習過程,同時亦建構在學習環境中最大且可能的新行爲產主;逐漸地人們認識到學習是一種複雜的信息加工系統,把學習的研究與計算機聯繫起來;教學所探討是如何促進有效學習歷程及設計理想的教學策略,然而爲了達到理想的結果,學習環境必須講求計劃,講求科學化的設計原理。 有效的教學理論必須建立在有關的學習理論基礎上,而教師爲指導學生的學習活動,則更要對學習過程有深刻的理解,因此學習理論與教育實踐之間的聯繫與業展,有重要的關連。 運動學習是一種練習或經驗的聯絡,也是一種非常複雜的活動,必須透過學習的過程,技術理論的闡述,應用技術的分析,教學方法的演練及有計劃的教案,才能成爲有效的體育教學與訓練,這些原理原則也可應用於網球運動的教學與訓練。

Learning is like an observable change of behavior. It's configuring on thinking and processing of each other, It's also configurable on the most possibility and maximum new behavior which is produced in the environment of learning. Gradually, people realized that learning is a kind of producing system of complicated informations, a combination of research of learning and computer. Teaching is to find out how to improve learning process efficiently and an ideal strategy, anyway, the environment of learning should emphasize the project and design theory scientifically. Efficient teaching theory must be built on related foundations of learning theories, and the teacher is who direct students' movements, he who should deeply know and understand the process of learning, so it is very much importantly connected between theory' of learning and practicing of teaching. Exercise learning is not only a kind of contact of practices and experiences. but also a kind of very complicated movement. Only can it be an efficient sports education and training by learning process, expression of technology theory, practice of teaching method and designing teaching plan. This theories' invention also can be applied on the teaching and training of tennis.
