摘要

本研究目的在了解國小體育專家教師教學氣氛的概念。本研究採立意取樣，採半結構訪談方式訪談十位具經驗的國小體育專家教師，資料經由開放性編碼、主軸編碼及選擇性編碼，持續歸納、比較與分析。結果發現教師教學氣氛的概念包括教師期望、課室氣氛、課室管理、教學熱忱及師生關係等涵意。教師期望包括對學生上課中的期待、提升學生自信心、滿足學生需要等涵意；課室氣氛包括上課氣氛、分組比賽、學生對老師的信任、快樂學習等涵意；課室管理包括上課秩序、管理技巧、處罰方式、注重安全等涵意；教學熱忱包括：委身投入、參與活動、幽默感、激勵等涵意；師生關係包括：師生良好的溝通、真誠關懷、亦師亦友角色等涵意。本研究清楚呈現國小體育專家教師卓越的教學氣氛之概念，可提供國小體育教師師資培訓及教師研習的重要參考資料。

The purpose of this study was to explore the concepts of teaching atmosphere for expert physical education (PE) teachers in elementary school. Based on the qualitative methods, ten experienced PE teachers in elementary school were interviewed by purposive sampling and using semi-structured interview. All of the data were rearranged, induced, compared, and analyzed by open coding, axial coding, and selective coding. The results of this study indicated that the concepts of teaching atmosphere for expert PE teachers in elementary school included the expectations of teachers, classroom atmosphere, classroom managements, teaching enthusiasm, and teacher-student relationships. The ”expectations of teachers” included the expectations of teachers in class for students, to improve the self-confidence of students and to satisfy the student needs. The ”classroom atmosphere” included a contest of group, the students' trust in teachers, and happy learning. The ”classroom management” included the class orders, the skills of management, the way of punishment, and pay attention to safety. The ”teaching enthusiasm” included the devotion, participated in play with students, humor, and encouragement. The ”teacher-student relationship” included the good communication of teacher-student, sincere concern, the roles of teacher and friend. The results of this study showed clearly the excellent concepts of teaching atmosphere for expert PE teachers in elementary school those could offer important information to teacher education and study.
