國民小學資深教師之體育教學關注

Physical Education in Teaching Concerns of the Elementary School Experienced Teachers

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解國民小學資深教師體育教學關注內容情形。透過質性研究的方式,以半結構式問卷訪談3位國小資深教師。研究結果發現:資深教師體育教學在自我關注上,關注自我勝任能力與秩序管理;在教學工作關注上,關注教材內容與教學品質;在學生學習成效關注上,關注學習成效與學生個別差異。建議:本研以桃園地區為主,建議日後研究可擴大為臺灣地區,並提供初任或職前教師作為進入教學工作前之參考。

The purpose of this study was to examine physical education in teaching concerns of elementary school experienced teachers. The study was utilized the method of qualitative techniques for collecting data and used semi-structured questionnaire interviews with three elementary experienced teachers. The results were found as following: (1) In self concerns, teachers concerned about self-competence and class order managent. (2) In task concerns, teachers concerned about teaching materials and teaching quality. (3) In impact concerns, teachers concerned about learning effect and individual differences of students. This study mainly to the Taiyuan area, it is recommended for future research might be expanded into Taiwan, and to provide novice for the pre-service teachers as a reference.
