Hip Hop dance has become a new social style and a popular exercise among teenagers in Taiwan for the past ten years. The Purpose of this study was to analyze Hip Hop dance under issues of cultures, styles and forms and to categorize the main movements of Old school and New School. Also, the study tended to know breaking and its basic movements well. Suggestions were involved for parents to care more and support their children to have closer parent-child relationship. Moreover, the study tried to call for the government to arrange more spaces and equipments for Hip Hop Dance in Taiwan. Habits of doing warm-up before exercising were strongly suggested for any dancers to make. Muscles improvement and injury avoidance were also concerned. Hopefully, the study could help those who are interested in Hip Hop Dance and would be the reference for future teaching in dancing courses.
