摘要


本文希望藉由探討自我對話的心理技巧達到有效教學的效果。試圖將正向心理學的學術研究,應用基本的概念與心理技巧,做跨領域的學習與教學。希望可以藉由舞蹈來發展大學生正向心理的人格發展,以及應用自我對話的心理技能。學習自我對話線索的使用以及了解在哪裡、何時、什麼與為什麼自我對話的內容,增加參與舞蹈課的興趣與自信。

This study is aimed to explore the self-talk by mental skill to achieve of effective instruction on this subject. This study attempts to the basic concepts of application and mental skill, to cross-disciplinary learning and teaching by positive psychological literatures research. We hope to develop positive psychological personality, and application of self-talk of mental skill though dance classes. To learning using self-talk cues and to understood self-talk content of where, when, what and why, increase participate of interest and confidence in the dance classes.
