無用之用:大學通識教育文學教學之情意陶冶功能-以中國古典文學教學爲例

摘要


大學通識教育中的文學教學,除了培養博雅化或融通性的知識、技能之外,更重要的是它具有情意陶冶功能。情意陶冶功能的內涵,包括提高學習興趣,建立良好的價值觀,培養審美能力,增進適應能力,改善情緒狀況。現今社會過度重視現實,部分大學校院偏重專業知能之傳授,致使學生情意陶冶受到忽視。由於文學作品是作者的情感思想與生活的結晶,它對讀者情意的影響相當深遠,所以對大學學生情意陶冶而言,文學教學應擔任重要的腳色。本文又從教材、教法與課程三方面,舉出一些實務性的策略,以供參考。

Literature teaching in college general education, the more important thing is besides cultivating liberal, circulating knowledge and ability that it possesses the affective cultivation. The content of the affective cultivation includes increasing study's interest, setting up good values, training aesthetic ability, promoting adaptive capacity, improving the state of mood. The present society pays attention to reality excessively, and it is taught that some universities can lay particular stress on the professional knowledge and technical ability. This makes students' affective cultivation to be ignored. Because the literary works is the crystallization of the author's emotion, thought and life, its impact on reader's affection is quite far-reaching. To university student's affective cultivation, it should serve as the important role in literature teaching. This paper is from three respects, such as teaching material, teaching method and course, etc. put out some practice tactics, for your reference.
