Aspects of Retrospection and Creative Writing Strategies : An Analysis of "A Series of Chinese Modern Literature．Files of The Theater"

The main purpose of this thesis is to analysis and comment on six theatre works included in the anthology ”A Series of Chinese Modern Literaturd” which has recently been published by Chiu Ko Publishing Company. The article explains how the authors represent their works in different ways and uses diverse tactics when retrospective subject matters are used in the theatre. As well, the article explores new ways of doing things, which are found by the authors and derived from old theories. The purpose of the article is to stimulate readers to discover new, original ideas about both reading theatre and writing theatre, and to contrast them with the different forms that human lives have taken over the centuries.
