實作導向的護理研究訓練成效評值

The Effectiveness of a "Learning by Designing" Nursing Research Training Program

摘要


目的:本研究旨在評值實作導向護理研究訓練施行後之成效。方法:採單組時間序列設計之介入性研究,樣本取自於南部某醫學中心39位N2以上護理人員,依意願分成15組並給予12個月的實作導向護理研究訓練。訓練內容包含研究法講授、各組研究內容討論及研究計畫實際執行的訓練方式,並以過程指標(出席率、作業完成率)及結果指標(研究報告完成篇數、口頭/海報發表篇數、刊登篇數以及訓練前中後學員自我效能)評值。結果:本研究對象以護理長為最多,平均出席率為93%,各組作業完成率100%。訓練結束後共完成15篇研究報告(100%),研究報告海報發表共8篇(53.3%),口頭發表共6篇(40.0%),研究報告刊登共8篇(53.3%)。訓練中與訓練後執行研究的自我效能得分與訓練前比較皆達顯著差異,且研究報告口頭/海報發表及刊登篇數增加。結論:實作導向的護理研究訓練方式可增加學員自我效能及增加期刊、口頭及海報發表篇數,建議此種實作導向的教學方式可運用在護理行政專案或個案報告訓練課程。

Objective: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of a ”learning by designing” nursing research-training program in a medical center in Taiwan.Method: Used simple-group time series' design of intervention studies. 39 registered staff nurse were divided into 15 teams attend the training program.Results: There were 15 reports completed at the end of this program. 6 of them have been given a result submitted to oral presentation and 8 of them given poster presentation on Nursing Research Presentation Conference of Taiwan Nurses Association. 8 of them were accepted by professional journal.Conclusions: The findings revealed that ”learning by designing” training program has a significant impact on nurses' self-efficacy related to conducting nursing research and promote paper presentation times. We suggested that such training program could be used in nursing administration project or case report.
