Hepatocellular Carcinoma Presenting as Radial Neuropathy: A Case Report

Bone metastasis is an unusual complication of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), and its presentation as a symptomatic skeletal metastasis is rare. symptomatic skeletal metastasis is rare. Here, the patient presented with an initial complaint of difficulty in extending the left wrist. Diagnostic testing, however, led to the diagnosis of HCC. This case emphasizes that for patients presenting with radial nerve palsy, related to a pathological fracture of the shaft of the humerus, a metastatic bony lesion arising from a HCC could be a possible diagnosis.
