High-Tech enterprises are facing an environment of co-opetition, simultaneous cooperation and competition. Knowledge sharing plays an important role in the company's performance and innovation. In promoting knowledge management, high-tech companies often meet the setback by neglecting the needs of knowledge trading mechanism and the consideration of the human nature within organization. This paper begins by discussing the social dilemma and knowledge sharing based on game theory. The result shows by means of effective performance evaluation and award systems for both of group and individuals can promote the levels of knowledge sharing in organization.
