近年來各種的資訊系統廣為企業所採用,已成為組織營運中重要的核心要素;然而,開發資訊系統專案團隊經常面臨成員信任的問題、成本增加與時程延遲等問題,導致資訊系統專案之績效不彰。專案團隊的信任、團隊主管與部屬之互動關係與知識共享是影響專案績效的重要的議題,本研究之目的乃以專案團隊信任為基礎,並切入領導者與屬員的交換關係欲了解領導者與屬於之間是否會依情感高低給予較高的資源、授權與互動,再給予工作任務時是否會給予較高的協商空間,而高度的協商是否會影響整體專案之績效。。 本研究以資訊系統開發研發團隊為研究對象,採調查法的問卷發放方式收集資料,針對70間公司,總發放問卷量210份,共回收132份,其中無效問卷3份,有效回收樣本129份。對文獻回顧探討所建立的假說進行驗證。 研究結果摘要如下: 1.專案團隊之間的信任與領導者給予特定成員授權、資源、互動及知識技術共享,此四項因素與資訊系統專案團隊之間的信任有顯著影響。 2.領導者給予特定成員授權、資源、互動與專案績效,此三項對於專案績效無顯著影響。 3.成員對於知識技術的共享與專案績效,此兩項因素有顯著之效果。
In recent years, various information systems (IS) are deployed by most of firms for conducting day-to-day business and delivering benefits. Consequently, IS project development has become a topic of increasing importance to managers and researchers. Owing to the high failure of IS projects, some factors affecting IS project team performance are getting more attention gradually such as trust, leader-member relationship, and knowledge sharing. Accordingly, this study aimed to investigate the relationships among IS team performance and its determinants including trust, leader-member relationship, and knowledge sharing. Research model and hypotheses were established based on previous literature and theory. Survey method was adopted to collect research data and 210 questionnaires were mailed to firms which develop information systems projects. A total of 132 questionnaires were returned for an overall response rate of 63%. Structure equation model using AMOS software was employed to test reliability, validity, and hypotheses. Survey results are found including (1) the degree trust has significant impact on the degree of authorization, giving resources, interaction and knowledge sharing for developing IS in project teams, (2) the degree of authorization, giving resources, interaction among leader and members do not show significant effects on project performance, and (3) knowledge sharing among members has a significant effect on project performance.
