知識文件管理平台導入與效用評估之個案探討

專業技術知識與智慧資產是企業獲取競爭優勢的主要憑藉。因此，如何建構知識分享平台，累積智慧與知識資產，成爲企業提昇競爭優勢的一項重要課題。本研究之目的在於分析與建構以產業部門爲核心的知識文件管理平台雛型，將部門專業技術知識，儲存於知識文件管理平台中，以提升專業技術知識利用的方便性與可取得性，達到知識分享，提升工作效率之目的，最後並藉由實際訪談方式，具體評估出知識文件管理平台之使用效益。爲求系統能符合產業實際需求，在系統建構前，先進行部門主管與員工之訪談與問卷調查，藉此來了解知識文件管理平台的需求內容；在平台雛型完成後，再進行一次訪談與問卷調查，以了解與評估知識文件管理平台所帶來的效益，並進行修正與導入過程評估，以作爲其他部門未來建置知識文件管理平台的參考藍圖。

Engineering and Management, National Chin-Yi University of Technology Abstract Expertise and intellectual property are two major sources used to achieve an enterprise's competitiveness. Thus, how to construct a knowledge sharing platform in an enterprise to accumulate its intellectual assets is increasingly important. In light of this, the purpose of this research is to analyze and construct a department-centered prototype on the knowledge document management platform, where the department can store up its operational expertise. The prototype aims to promote the convenience and availability of knowledge using and sharing in the organization and consequently to increase work performance of the department. The efficiency of the platform is evaluated by conducting an interview of related work members. In constructing the system, the director of the department was first interviewed and the representatives of the department staff were surveyed to gather information on the requirements for the knowledge document management platform. As the prototype was accomplished, interviewing and surveying were processed again to evaluate the effectiveness of the introduced platform. The experience gained from implementing the knowledge prototype can be a valuable reference for any department which sees to the construction of a knowledge document management platform.
