應用RFID技術於倉庫管理之個案分析與績效評估

摘要

本研究應用RFID技術於塑膠射出成型業之倉庫物料與模具管理。首先進行現況合理化分析，找出RFID技術之切入點，然後進行導入規劃模擬，最後分析系統效益。研究結果顯示導入RFID系統後，可以節省工時高達百分之六十左右，並可以大幅降低各流程不良率的發生，提升工作效率，大幅地提升了公司的整體流程綜效與競爭力。

This research applies RFID technology to warehouse management and mold management in the Plastic Injection Industry. The rationalization analysis is firstly conducted for the case company to find the introduction method of RFID technology. Afterwards, an implementation plan is simulated and the system benefit generated by RFID introduction is evaluated. The results showed that there was up to 60 percent manpower off after the RFID technology was introduced in the case company, and the RFID system effectively reduced the rate of negligence arisen from human error and moved up the whole working perofrmance. The RFID technology increased the overall synergy of enterprise process and competitive force for the case company.
