應用改良的模糊多目標線性規劃於專案決策之研究

Study on Project Decision with Modified Multiple Fuzzy Objective Linear Programming

摘要


本研究主要是針對模糊多目標線性規劃(Multiple fuzzy objective linear programming, MFOLP)模式之專案總成本、總完工時間與總趕工成本三個極小化目標函數以及限制式上作模糊化,並針對三個極小化目標函數加入交互作用方法作研究分析,同時納入直接與間接成本、資源供需、產能及總預算等限制因素考量,發展一個適於專案管理之交互作用方法所改良的模糊多目標線性規劃(Modified multiple fuzzy objective linear programming, MMFOLP)模式,最後再加入加權法,進一步求取改善目標值之決策滿意度水準,目的在於解決傳統專案管理著重於總完工時間或總趕工成本極小化的單一目標決策作法,缺乏財務、人力及生產資源投資之最適趕工及資源分配決策考量的問題。

This study focuses on fuzzy multi-objective linear programming (Multiple fuzzy objective linear programming, MFOLP) model of the total project cost, total completion time and total crash cost minimization objective function and three constraints make fuzzy, and for three Minimizing the objective function by adding a method for interaction analysis, also include direct and indirect costs, resource supply and demand, capacity constraints and the total budget considerations, the development of a suitable project management methods improve the interaction of the fuzzy multi-objective linear Planning (Modified multiple fuzzy objective linear programming, MMFOLP) model, and finally joined the weighting method to further improve the target to obtain satisfaction level of decision-making aimed at solving the traditional project management focus on the total completion time and minimizing the total cost of crashing the single objective decision-making practices, lack of financial, human and production resources to the optimum time for investment in industrial and resource allocation decision making on the issue.
