This study aimed to understand the quality of secondary school rograms, diverse entrance, allocation of resources, implementation methods and the relationship between educational development. To achieve the purpose of study, a ”high quality secondary school programs” the collation of relevant literature was first performed in study, and then use the theory of meta-evaluation to explore the current quality of vocational secondary school program after the implementation of the current situation. In the end, study concludes with recommendations have to provide the reference to government agencies and relevant experts.
