基礎工業工程在柑橘農業的改善研究

The Study of the Role of Fundamental Industrial Engineering in Improving Citrus Farming

摘要


台灣種植之桶柑分別為普通桶柑、高桶柑、海梨柑及6月桶柑。在所有的水果當中,柑橘類中所含的抗氧化物質最高,本研究的橘子園在新竹寶山,主要產品是桶柑及椪柑[3]。研究結果如下:1.應用設施規劃手法改善工廠佈置,使原先的L型動線改善成現今的U型動線,大幅減少搬運距離,提高流程順暢度,平均每天約節省53.6928分鐘。2.應用人因工程手法改善加工過程中的危險因子,把原先七人中有六人超過負荷,改善成六人中只有三人超過負荷。3.運用創意思維法,將原先L型套袋機器改善成U型動線,並由原先兩位操作人員改善成一人操作機器,且週期不變,人員效率提升27.72%。本改善方法可大幅度提高工作效率,以及減少人體負荷,但購買堆高機成本較高。本方案約可節省800元/天人事成本,一年約可節省48,000元(60個工作天),可請業主評估是否購買堆高機。

The Citrus tankan that is planted in Taiwan are General Tangor, Gao Tangor, Hai-Li Tangor, and June Tangor. Among all fruits, Citrus fruit contains the most antioxidant materials. The study site of the Citrus orchard is located in Baoshan, Hsinchu, and the main produce is Citrus tankan and ponkan. The results are as follows.1) By applying facility arrangement method, the factory plot was improved. The original L-shape traffic flow was changed to U-shape, which substantially decreased the carrying distance, elevated the flow smoothness, and in average saved 53.6928 minutes a day.2) By applying industrial hygiene method, the risk factors in the manufacture process were reduced, from six out of seven people being overloaded to three out six people being overloaded.3) By applying creation method, the bagging machine was converted from L-shape to U-shape traffic flow, and the number of operators were reduced from two to one with the same operating periods, which elevated the efficiency by 27.72%.Our improvement method may substantially elevate working efficiency, reducing human body loading; however the cost for the purchase of for klift is higher. This plot may save up to NT$800/day in personnel matters, which is equivalent to NT$48,000 (60 work days). The manager may assess the necessity of purchasing a forklift.
