導入六個標準差方法於產品製程改善之應用探討

An Investigation on Introducing Six Sigma Method to Production Manufacturing Process Improvement

摘要


本研究應用六標準差方法之DMAIC五大行動步驟於產品製程改善,希望藉由六標準差方法的導入,能改善產品製程,提高生產品質。在本研究中,首先針對個案公司產品製造流程進行分析,並詢問個案公司主管,找出流程中可能造成品質不良的因素,接著依照六標準差DMAIC行動步驟,提出改善方法。經實驗證實,本研究可以有效降低人為錯誤率從5.5%至1.6%,提高了生產製程品質。

This research applied Six Sigma method to the improvement of production manufacturing process and attempt to improve production manufacturing process and move up the quality of production. In this research, firstly, the manufacturing process of case company is analyzed. The managers of case company were interviewed in order to find the course of making ill-quality product on manufacturing process. And then, the DMAIC execution steps of Six Sigma are applied to improve the manufacturing process. According to the investigation results, the proposed method can effectively reduce the rate of negligence arisen from human error from 5.5% down to 1.6%, and increase the overall quality of production manufacture of case company.
