餐旅相關科系學生學習風格與教師教學風格之關聯性

The Relationship between Students’ Learning Styles and Teachers’ Teaching Styles ofHospitality Related Departments

摘要


本研究主要目的在探究餐旅相關科系大學生學習風格與教師教學風格的認知與關聯性。以便利抽樣採問卷調查法,針對高屏地區餐旅相關科系大學生為研究對象進行資料蒐集,得有效問卷409 份,有效回收率90.89%。所得資料使用SPSS for Windows 22.0 版統計軟體,以描述性統計、項目分析、因素分析、信度分析、典型相關分析進行統計檢定。本研究結果發現:(一)餐旅相關科系大學生認為本身學習風格屬於「行動型」的符合程度最高;學生所知覺之教師教學風格,以「師生合作型」符合程度最高。(二)餐旅相關科系大學生之學習風格與其知覺之教師教學風格之間呈現顯著正相關。根據分析結果,提出相關之教學與未來研究建議。

The main purposes of this study were to understand the perceptions of learning styles and teachers' teaching styles for undergraduates of hospitality related departments and to explore the relationship between students' learning styles and teachers' teaching styles. A questionnaire survey method by convenient sampling was used to collect data in this study. 409 valid samples were collected and valid rate was 90.89% from the undergraduates of hospitality related departments in Kaohsiung and Pingtung areas. The statistical methods including descriptive statistics analysis, item analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and canonical correlation analysis were used to analyze the data and test the hypotheses by using SPSS 22.0 version. The results of this study were showed as follows: The students' perception of learning styles mostly belonged to activist and they perceived their teachers' teaching style was mostly teacher-student collaboration. 2. It was significantly positive correlation between learning styles and teachers' teaching styles. According to the results, we provide suggestions for teaching and research in the future.
