國小教師以經營「班級圖書」實施閱讀活動之成效探究—以一位國小高年級教師為例

The Discussion of Teachers at Elementary School Manage "the Class and Grade Books" the Implementation Reading Activity

摘要


本研究旨在探討國小教師,以經營「班級圖書」來實施閱讀活動之理念、實施策略,以及實施成效。選取一位國小高年級教師進行個案研究,主要以訪談,實地觀察與相關資料之蒐集分析後,獲致以下結論:一、國小教師經營班級圖書的理念,來自正面肯定閱讀有助學習及對學童的重要性。二、國小教師對自身的期許,扮演著引導者的角色。三、國小教師在經營「班級圖書」的推動上,家長是最重要的助力。四、國小教師利用「班級圖書」來養成學生主動閱讀的習慣,內化為語文能力的薰陶、以及促進課業表現的進步,教師及學生皆認為相關閱讀活動對這些能力養成有助益。五、國小教師經營「班級圖書」,提供學生閱讀環境,但缺乏整體的規劃,易流於各自為政、浪費資源。

This research is for the purpose of discussing teacher at Elementary school, who manages ”the class and grade books” to implement idea, and the implementation strategy the reading activity, as well as implementation result. Selects a higher grades teacher at Elementary school to carry on a case to study, mainly by Conversation, after really the observation and to collect data to analysis, obtains following conclusion:1. The idea of these teachers at Elementary school manage the class and grade books, comes from the frontage to affirm reading is helpful to study and to children's importance.2. Tallies teachers at Elementary school to own hoping, and could be a guide's role.3. These teachers impetus ”the class and grade books”, the guardian is most important boosting.4. These teacher use ”the class and grade books” foster the custom which the student reads on own initiative, as well as in changes into the language ability to gradually influence, the school work performance progress, the teacher and the student agree that it can help then to enhance those ability.5. These teachers manage ”the class and grade books”, provides the student to read, but lacks the whole plan, it is easy to do things their own way, and the waste resources.
