國民小學組織創新氣氛與教師知識分享關係之研究

A Study on the Relationship between Organizational Innovative Climate and Teacher's Knowledge Sharing in Elementary School

摘要


本研究旨在探討國民小學組織創新氣氛與教師知識分享之現況及其關係。為達研究目的乃以屏東縣48所國民小學,合計584位教師為研究樣本,以調查問卷進行研究,獲得之研究結論如下:(一)國小教師對學校組織創新氣氛的知覺尚佳,以團隊支持的感受最佳。(二)國小教師知識分享的現況頗佳,尤其在促進他人學習動機上的表現值得肯定。(三)男性及兼行政職務的教師對組織創新氣氛知覺較正向,而且知識分享表現亦較積極。(四)最高學歷為研究所以上的教師有較高的知識分享表現。(五)服務年資較為資深的教師,分享個人內在知識的意願及表現較高。(六)營造正向的組織創新氣氛,有助於提升教師知識分享,尤其組織創新氣氛中的工作自主性與團隊支持對教師知識分享影響最大。最後,根據研究結論,提出相關建議作為國小教師知識分享之參考。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between organizational innovative climate and teacher's knowledge sharing in elementary school. In order to realize the purpose above, a questionnaire was developed as main instrument for this study, we selected 584 teachers from 48 schools, the results of presented as follows:1. There is middle to high level of teacher's awareness in organizational innovative climate. They hold positive opinions in workgroup support.2. There is high level of teacher's knowledge sharing, and it is particularly recognized in the performance of motivating other's learning.3. Teachers who are male or who are in charge of administration jobs hold more positive perception, and more actively in sharing knowledge.4. Teachers who graduated from graduate institute favor to do knowledge sharing.5. Teachers who are elder and served over 26 years favor to share individual intrinsic knowledge.6. Constructing positive organizational innovative climate stimulates teacher's knowledge sharing. Working independency and workgroup support of organizational innovative climate can deeply affect teacher's knowledge sharing.
