我國高級職業學校創新經營策略之研究

論文名稱:我國高級職業學校創新經營策略之研究 頁數:214頁 校 所 別:國立臺北科技大學技術及職業教育研究所 畢業時間:一百零一學年度第一學期 學位:博士 研 究 生:盧延根 指導教授:吳清基博士、林俊彥博士 關 鍵 詞:高級職業學校、創新經營、策略 面對生源遞減、學校變革未能符應多元社會期待與政府財政拮据等因素,造成高職學校招生與經營之危機,亟需尋求創新經營策略突破困境,故研究高職學校創新經營策略,提供學校和政策精進之參考,實為當務之急。 本研究以101學年度臺灣地區50所高職學校的391人為研究對象,採用問卷調查及訪談方法,兼顧質與量的分析,目的在探討:1.高職學校創新經營策略重要性與可行性的因素。2.不同背景變項在高職學校創新經營策略因素的差異。3.高職學校創新經營策略之實施優序。 結論共8項,包括:1.高職學校的重要與可行性創新經營策略,均與校長開明領導及團隊激勵高度相關;2.高職學校創新經營策略的重要性因素歸納為:校長開明與學校經營、同仁分享與團隊協力、學校資源與團隊激勵等3個因素;3.高職學校創新經營策略的可行性因素歸納為:學校同仁與團隊合作、校長開明與學校引導、和諧氛圍、學校措施機制、學校提供資資源、團隊支持激勵等6個因素;4.校長與學校男性同仁,對於校長開明與學校引導在高職學校創新經營策略的可行性顯著高於其他同仁與女性同仁;5.公立高職學校創新經營策略,在資源與團隊激勵、學校提供資源等因素顯著高於私立學校;公立學校顯著低於私立學校者為校長開明與學校經營、學校措施機制等因素;6.學校規模愈小或位處偏鄉者,對於積極與團隊協力、學校同仁與團隊合作等,顯著高於大型與都會區學校;7.位處偏鄉學校,對於校長開明與學校經營、學校資源與團隊激勵、學校同仁與團隊合作等知覺,顯著高於市區學校;8.高職學校創新經營策略優先實施者包括:校長願景、讚賞創新、接受意見、授權創新、承諾願景、團隊表揚、團隊鼓勵、校長支持創新、支持失敗同仁、要求績效等10個策略,主要是校長領導開明經營和團隊合作支持等2個重點。

Therefore, the study of innovative management strategies for senior vocational schools to provide for schools and policy implementation of the enhancement for reference is really an urgent matter. In this study, 391 faculty members of Taiwan public and private senior vocational schools in 50 schools are the research objects, by means of the survey and interview, both qualitative and quantitative analysis methods have been used. The purposes of this study include: 1. to explore senior vocational schools innovative management strategies the degree of importance and feasibility. 2. Senior vocational schools in the importance and feasibility of innovative management strategies factors. 3. Differences in different background variables on innovation management strategies factors in senior vocational schools. 4. Senior vocational schools in the implementation of innovation management strategies order of priority. Conclusions divided into 8 points, include: 1. The importance of senior vocational schools and the feasibility of innovative management strategies, with the principals of enlightened leadership and team incentives were highly correlated. 2. Senior vocational schools in the importance of the innovative management strategies factors are summarized in the following three factors: principal enlightened leadership and school management, team of colleagues to share and teamwork, school resources and team incentives. 3. Senior vocational schools innovative management strategy feasibility factors are summarized as follows: school colleagues and teamwork, principals enlightenment and school guide, harmonious atmosphere, mechanism of measures taken by schools, resources provided by schools, team support and incentives. 4. Principals with school male colleagues, for the principals enlightenment and guide about the feasibility of innovative management strategies in vocational high schools was significantly higher than other colleagues and female colleagues. 5. Public senior vocational schools innovative management strategies, resources and team motivation, school resources factors were significantly higher than private schools; public schools were significantly lower than private schools in principals enlightenment and school management, school measures mechanism. 6. For the motivation and teamwork, the smaller the size of the schools or located in remote areas, was significantly higher than large and metropolitan area schools. 7. As for the principals’ enlightenment and school management, school resources and team incentives, school colleagues and teamwork perception, schools located in remote areas were significantly higher than urban schools. 8. The priorities of the implementation for senior vocational schools innovative management strategies include: principals visions, appreciation for innovation, receiving advices, authorization and innovation, commitment to the visions, team praise, team encouragement and the principals’ support for innovation, supporting the losing colleagues, requiring performance, 10 strategies in total. Among them, the two key points are principal leadership enlightened management and teamwork support.
