兩性權力關係轉換下的寓意－以許地山〈春桃〉為例

在五四新文化運動影響下，突破中國舊傳統的新觀念喚醒了知識青年的女性意識，當時的作家也因而選擇討論女性生存與未來為題材加以書寫創作。〈春桃〉這篇作品，不僅對許地山而言是種突破，在時代意義上，它也是富含先進觀念的現代小說。許地山筆下的春桃，有著保持人格獨立與反抗父權的意識，在書寫男性時，許地山更運用弱化特質、降低地位以及對女性經濟與情感上的依附等方面暗示男性可能成為客體的事實。同時，許地山也說明了在新時代下，無論是身處於什麼階級，女性只要經濟獨立、自力更生，她們就是值得尊崇的。同樣的，男性也要因此自我警惕，切勿再以父權、夫權意識壓迫女性，應該跟隨時代的進步向前才是。
