A Study of General Public Health Prevention Behaviors for Coronavirus Disease

This research mainly wants to understand the people's views on "consumer behavior", "health beliefs", "COVID-19 attitudes", and "prevention behaviors" during the COVID-19 epidemic. We explore the influence of general people's health beliefs and preventive behaviors on COVID-19 attitudes and consumer behaviors. Results show that the general public agrees with "consumer behavior", "health beliefs", "COVID-19 attitudes" and "preventive behaviors". There is a positive relationship among various aspects. Preventive behaviors and health beliefs are significant predictors of COVID-19 attitudes with the explanatory power of 56.5%; among them, preventive behaviors-wearing masks has the most significant influence factor on COVID-19 attitudes (β=0.571,p<0.001). Prevention behavior and health beliefs can predict consumer behavior with the explanatory power of 43.5% ; among the three factors, health beliefs have the most significant impact on consumer behavior (β=0.454, p<0.001).
