在少子化趨勢以及提昇教育品質的訴求下,政府必須採行多種能積極輔導幼稚園改善的措施,幼稚園評鑑便是其中重要的一項,而教學品質又能影響幼稚教育的成敗,所以針對教學項目的評鑑更是不可或缺。因此,本研究著重於幼稚園評鑑中教學部分的分析,首先釐清幼稚園評鑑的意涵,之後介紹美國幼教協會評鑑標準的發展經驗,作為我國幼稚園教師教學評鑑改革之參考,再透過我國幼稚園評鑑發展的探究,明瞭與評析教學評鑑的內容項目;最後綜合上述研究分析,本研究將幼稚園教學評鑑歷程區分為教學前的目標與評鑑項目界定、教學中的表現描述與評鑑運作、教學後的評鑑結果應用三階段,並針對此三階段提出多項我國幼稚園教師教學評鑑的改革建議。
The increase of demand in childhood education is due to the change of society model and family structure, and the importance of the childhood education. But it also to raise the pursuit of the education quality included the management, equipment, staff, teaching, environment and safety, especially for the government and parents. The teaching evaluation is one of the best tools for the kindergarten. This article is for the sake of goal to survey the development of the teaching evaluation in kindergarten in Taiwan, and find the inspire of accreditation criteria of the NAYEC.
