危機邊緣少女生活歷程之研究

The Research on the Life Course of at-risk Teenage Girls

摘要


司法院大法官於2009年七月底公布664號解釋令,主張逃學逃家少年不宜收容於少年觀護所。那麼逃學逃家少年們又該何去何從?!故提出三項動機,首先探討少年逐漸走入逃學、逃家之歷程?其次又有哪些關鍵事件或重要他人及其他不利因素互相產生影響呢?最終期望能作為本土化的逃學、逃家少女之生活歷程模式。研究試圖探索出逃學、逃家少女之生活歷程,以及逃學、逃家行為相關因素與偏差行為之關係,並與社會控制理論相互對照。研究方法程序為:立意抽樣→敘事取向→紮根研究法→建構出逃學、逃家 中輟的可能歷程。研究發現以家庭、學校、同儕等因素歸納出,少女從事不良休閒活動、逃學逃家、違規和偏差行為等生活歷程。本研究結果分別依家庭、學校與老師、同儕等方面提出建議,期望能提供相關單位參考。

The No 664 interpretation which was published by the Grand Justice in July of 2009 claimed that the juvenile who playing truant and running away are not suitable to be placed in Juvenile Detention houses. Therefore, where can be the suitable places for them? The questions will be discussed in the research is that, first of all, why do they runaway from homes and schools? Secondly, what can be the important others, key events and other factors which impact on them negatively. Finally, the research can build a life model of local teenage girls who playing truant.The research intend to find out the life experiences of teenage girls who running away and playing truant as well as the relationship between truancy running away and deviant behavior and also compare with the social control theory. The processure of the research is: purposive sampling-narrative approach-grounded research method. Constructing the probable course form truancy running away to dropout.The research generalize the life model of teenage girls who attend bad leisure activities, play truant in terms of families, schools and peers.The result which is suggested in terms of families, schools, teachers and peers can be the references for the related organizations.
