基於GIS決策分析的技術,空間多維分佈的邏輯被用來評估土地利用變動的可能結果,本文使用區位設施之最適距離條件,做爲GIS決策分析的主要依據。結果顯示GIS能有效整合各種資料來源、執行空間分析、塑造空間分析過程,並且以圖像呈現分析結果,同時具有資料變動學習的能力。在可利用的資料庫中,經常會面臨到變更和維護等問題,而土地利用資料-包括了主(次)要道路、商業中心、休閒遊憩區都具有相當大的變動性,但卻是預估觀光潛力發展的主要因素。本文以高雄市爲例,以都市計畫的藍圖所建構的大型都市,營業用地和住宅建設的成長不斷,大區域性的工業區開發和風景區的建設,使得觀光產業的規劃經營管理更形重要。而GIS技術的應用,能夠提供各階層的決策分析者可靠而精確的工具。整體空間分析結果表示,高雄市的觀光潛力區位呈現啞鈴狀雙軸心分佈,其中一軸以苓雅區的東半部分集散地,另一軸以新興區和前金區爲主,次要地區出現在小港區和左營區,符合現階段的市政發展方向。
Based on GIS decision-making techniques, a multi-dimensional spatial distribution of land-use changes in the logic has been used to assess the likely outcome. Using the optimal location facilities distance as the main basis for GIS Decision Analysis. The results showed GIS can integrate various sources of information, the implementation of spatial analysis and spatial analysis molding process, to show the results with image analyzing as well as the learning ability of information on changing. The available databases are often changeable and maintenance, especially the land use information-including the main (sub main) roads, the commercial center, and leisure and recreation destination has massive variation in nature. Unfortunately, those databases are the major variables in evaluating the potential for the tourism development. In this paper, took the Kaohsiung City, the large city construct under urban plans, as the regional industrial development example becomes even more important in tourist planning management. The overall result of spatial analysis shows that the city's tourism potential of geographic distribution displays a dumbbell-shaped double-axis. One axis locates on Linya district in the east, and the other axis on Hsinhs District and Chienci District. The minor areas are in the Hsiaok District and Tzuoying District. The results blends with the current direction of urban development.
