國際帆船比賽參與者的遊憩動機之比較-以澎湖2003年可樂娜風帆之王帆船賽爲例

摘要


近來帆船運動已在國際成爲主流運動項目之一,澎湖由於地理位置的關係,每年的冬季有強勁的東北季風吹襲,極適合發展帆船活動。本研究以參與澎湖舉辦的2003年台灣可樂娜風帆之王國際風帆賽的國際選手爲對象,探討其遊憩動機,並做跨文化的比較。本研究以Robert(1999)有關遊憩體驗的量表爲主架構,參考其他研究者所提的變項,研擬適合本研究的變項,以之發展成問卷,並分別翻譯成中文、英文與日文等三種語文。於比賽期間,針對此次比賽的參賽人員發放問卷,共發放47份,回收43份問卷,包含中文14份,英文27份,日文2份。問卷資料利用SPSS套裝軟體進行統計分析,並獲至以下的主要結果:一、有關此次參賽人員的個人屬性頻率分布。二、此次參賽者從事帆船運動的前三大遊憩動機分別爲:尋求刺激、學習更多關於帆船的知識、發展技術及能力。三、參賽者的個人屬性對於從事帆船運動之遊憩動機與體驗,有部份變項有顯著差異。不同洲別的參賽者對於從事帆船運動之遊憩動機與體驗,有部份變項有顯著差異。四、本研究的結果與遊憩動機和跨文化的相關文獻能互相呼應。

Sailing has been an international sport recently. Referring to geographical superiority and powerful northeast monsoon in winter season, Penghu is suited to developing sailing activity. In order to study the participants' recreational motivations, the study compared their cultures. The participants, international players of Adecco Taiwan Corona King of Wind Sailing Regatta (49er) in Penghu, were chosen as samples in this study. The scale items of Robert(1999) and other literatures were referred to construct the questionnaire and translated into three languages, including Chinese, Japanese and English. There were 43 valid questionnaires and data were analyzed by SPSS. The results of this study were as following: 1. Frequency of individual attribute within samples were showed in this study. 2. The three main items of participants' recreational motivations, experiencing excitement, Developing the skills and abilities, and learning more knowledge about sailing, were identified. 3. There were significant differences found within personal attribute and continent as regard to recognizing item of recreational motivations. 4. The results of this research correspond to related literatures in recreational motivations and cross-culture study.
