臺灣大學生的休閒記憶分析

The Analysis of University Students' Leisure Memory in Taiwan

摘要


本研究以Clawson and Knetsch(1966)所指的休閒最後階段,即回憶階段(recollectionphase)作爲研究範圍,應用阿德勒心理學派的記憶概念,進行休閒記憶的內容分析。研究以大學生爲對象,以質性訪談,收集145個休閒記憶進行內容分析,研究結果發現,參與者印象深刻的休閒記憶,其顯示的時間以16~20歲被記住的最多。在記憶中出現的人物以同學爲最多,其次是手足、然後依序是母親、父親、親戚、教師等人物角色。休閒記憶中呈現正面情感,諸如、興奮、放鬆、高興、愉快、感動、刺激等情緒高於驚慌、失落、不愉快、焦躁、後悔等個負面情緒;記憶的主題命名,則以「活動參與」最多,其次是「地點」。至於休閒的地點,國內多於國外,國內以北部地區的景點或遊樂園占的比例最多,接著是南部地區、中部地區、離島及其他。國外地點,則以最靠近參與者居住地區的亞洲地區國家爲最多,包括日本、韓國等地。在相關細節的描述,出現最多視覺記憶,接著依序是聽覺記憶、肢體動作的跑、跳、走、爬、搖、騎…等記憶;參與者呈現的主動性高於被動性,而內、外控特質表現,人數相當接近,約各占一半。本研究並根據結果,針對休閒研究與諮商心理實務的應用提出建議。

The study focused on the recollection phase of Clawson and Knetsch(1966) and applied Adlerian concept of recollection to check university students' leisure memory content. Essays written by 145 university students about their most memorable leisure experiences were content analyzed. The results revealed age 16 to 20 was the main age of the leisure memory provided. Activity participation and scenic spots were main mentioned themes. The most mention person were classmates, siblings, parents, relatives. Positive affect were more than negative affect, such as happy, excitement, delight, relax, etc. Domestic setting was mentioned more than abroad. The detail of the memory showed visual, kinesthetic and auditory imagery. Participant showed active more than passive but similar ratio on internal and external locus of control. Suggestion for further leisure research and counseling application ware also mentioned.
