The purpose of this study is to explore the roles and functions of sport clubs in universities and colleges in Taiwan. Based on the perspective of the management of nonprofit organizations, the study covers the discussion on the following issues: organizational change and innovation, activity programming, fund raising and budget control, operation performance evaluation, structuring information system for club management, participative process of learning, clubs promotion, etc. Combining theories with revolutionary changes, the innovative plans introduced in the case study hope to shed light on campus club management for future references.
