國家公園遊客遊憩體驗與環境責任行為關係－以陽明山國家公園為例

Influence of recreation experiences on general and site-specific environmentally responsible behavior: The case of Yangmingshan National Park

摘要

近年來，國人的休閒活動逐漸增加，觀光旅遊成為國人紓解壓力的重要角色，台灣國家公園擁有豐富動植物資源及高比例特有種，在學術研究、資源保育的利用上，乃至於國際觀光皆深具價值。本研究探討遊客在國家公園的遊憩體驗與環境責任行為之線性關係。本研究採自編式問卷進行調查，內容包括遊憩體驗(教育、美學、逃離、娛樂)、一般環境責任行為(公民行動、財務行動、實際行動、勸說行動)、與景點環境責任行為(永續行為、保護環境行為、與友善環境行為)、旅遊特性以及人口統計資料四大項。從2012 年12 月8 日至2012 年12 月16 日，於陽明山國家公園具代表性之遊憩據點為研究問卷發放地點，以便利抽樣方式，總共收集到302 份有效問卷，最後將所收集資料以SPSS 17.0 進行資料統計分析與檢定，了解陽明山遊客特性，以及遊客旅遊特性與遊憩體驗、環境責任行為的關係。研究結果顯示，遊客的遊憩體驗正向影響遊客的一般與景點環境責任行為。最後，本研究依據研究內容，針對陽明山國家公園提出管理意涵與未來研究方向之建議。

This study examines the relationship between recreation experiences (i.e., education, entertainment, esthetics, and escapism) and general and site-specific environmentally responsible behavior of tourists in Yangmingshan National Park. In total, 302 usable questionnaires were collected. The empirical results indicate that general environmentally responsible behavior is positively and significantly affected by esthetics and education. Moreover, site-specific environmentally responsible behavior is positively and significantly affected by education, escapism, and esthetics of the recreation experience. The paper concludes by identifying conceptual relationships and discussing the practical management implications of the findings.
