探討臺灣地區自行車領隊的工作型態與發展趨勢

本研究目的旨在探討臺灣自行車領隊的工作型態及發展現況，研究方法採用文獻分析與訪談法，研究結果將提供自行車領隊人員與相關單位參考。結果：一、自行車領隊的工作型態應包含自行車狀況的掌握、自行車維修能力、對路況的掌握與安全騎車等專業技能，並須具備急救、危機應變、安全教育等危機處理能力。二、自行車領隊的發展趨勢包括騎乘路線規劃與領騎任務分工等。研究結果發現，我國目前在自行車領隊人員發展還是在於國家的運動與觀光政策規劃，期望打造臺灣自行車運動觀光成為國際旅客最佳的景點。建議未來應進行資源統合、觀光遊程導覽與地方特色觀光的方式進行，在未來考照方面，應分級考照並與實習資源整合，如能列入國家考試則更佳，讓喜愛自行車運動的人才能有更大的發揮空間。

The purpose of this study is to explore the working pattern, and development trend of bicycle leader in Taiwan. The results will provide a reference for bike leader and related development. We adopt literature analysis and interview method for this study. The results were shown: 1) In working pattern, the leader should have professional skills to control the status of the bicycle, bicycle maintenance capacity, mastery the road, and safe cycling skills. They also must have first aid, crisis management, and safety education ability. 2) In development trend, cycling route planning and leading ride task division is a development point. In current, the development of the bike team leader is due to the planning of sports and sightseeing. Hoping to create a Taiwan cycling tour can become the best tourist destination. In future, it should be the integration of the resources, sightseeing tour, and local special cultural sightseeing tour. It is recommended that the graded test should integrate with the internship resources, such as including in the national examination, so that the enthusiasm of the bicycle can have a greater space.
