探討遊客旅遊體驗與旅遊效益之關係-以安平老街旅遊區為例

Exploring the relationship between travel experiences and travel benefits: The case study of An-Ping destination

摘要


老街旅遊為現今遊客喜愛的旅遊類型之一,因老街旅遊能讓遊客獲得多樣的旅遊體驗。本研究目的為探討老街旅遊區遊客旅遊體驗與旅遊效益間之關係。透過台南老街旅遊區現地自填式調查問卷收集遊客資料,經由資料分析結果顯示遊客旅遊體驗中的思考、行動、關聯體驗影響「體驗效益」;感官、情感、思考、關聯體驗影響「放鬆效益」;感官、情感、思考、行動、關聯體驗影響「健康效益」,即遊客在旅遊區獲得的思考體驗與關聯體驗為旅遊效益形成的主要因素。依據研究結果,提供老街旅遊區公私部門經營單位擬定遊客體驗方案或行銷計畫之參考。

Historic town and street is one of tourist favorite destination today. The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between travel experiences and travel benefits. The individuals responded to the on-site survey in the historic town of An-Ping. The results indicated that tourists' think experience, act experience and relate experience had significant impacts on experiential benefits; sense experience, feel experience, think experience and relate experience had significant impacts on relaxation benefits. In addition, sense experience, feel experience, think experience, act experience and relate experience had significant impacts on health benefits. The findings suggested that the think experience and relate experience played a significant role in tourists' travel benefits. Implications for theory and practice are discussed.
