The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between badminton sports ethics and coach leadership. In this study, literature reviews and interviews with three badminton coaches were used to get some results and conclusions as a reference for badminton team management. It was found that in addition to professional skills, badminton coaches should be capable of applying scientific approaches to achieve the goal of team training. A coach should listen to the players' voices, understand their needs so as to be a mediator between players and their parents to achieve effective communication. Good sports attitude and team ethics are criteria of behavioral norms, and these are also important cornerstones for players to enter the society in the future. It is concluded that establishing players' good sports attitude, correct moral standards and sports values as well as paying attention to team management and ethics are the core values of the nature of sports
